More than ever and with no point of return, the daily advancements of visual AI-tools blur the line between reality and fiction.
Finding the pivoting point between the two has always fascinated me - long before the rise of AI. In the uncanny valley between reality and fiction lies a space that allows us to dream, imagine and connect the familiar to the unknown, the current state to the state-of-the-art of tomorrow. AI tools make it much easier for us to venture to this point - and further.
This cinematic photo series is my current take on working with visual AI-tools, fusing real life photography with AI-elements - and trying to find the sweet spot between the two.
The AI-elements are generated within photoshop with the photoshop AI, the motion is animated with Runway App.
